Staff Nurse in Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist in medical procedures, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and medical history.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.

Education and Support:

• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and medications.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

Infection Control:

• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing.

Licensure:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delhi.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates.

Skills:

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
