patients have to stand in long queues.

Patient has to stand in line for 30 to 40 minutes to get the registration slip.

If the patient has 102 degree fever, how long can he stand,

After registration patient has to stand in line for doctor checkup and also for test and also it will take around 30-40 minutes.

And the funniest thing is that you cannot get the report on the same day. You have to wait for 1-2 days.

If I see the banner of the present government then the government told us that they are improving the health care in Punjab but as a common man I don’t feel the same. Everything is the same I hope some people from government will check my review and go to hospital as a common man then they will feel the pain of public.

This type of service compels common man to go to private hospitals, lastly I request all the health workers of Phase 6 Civil Hospital to kindly help the patient with heart because people will see a God in you.

Hospital had very good building structure it’s still developing their services. There is one time fee for the slip which is very low but the que can be long front of person who wants appointment with doctor need so much improvement in appointment system they are not using machinery or token system which is available there. Absent doctors is normal thing because it’s government hospital

Subject : – (Hospital staff Akash and subhpreet very irresponsible regarding their work and did misbehaving with my family and other admitted patients
Work time Night shift in Emergency ward 8pm to morning )

Sir/Mam
This important message is for Hospital management of Health and Cleaning Department phases 6 mohali. I want To complaint of Two perosn Name Subhpreet and Akash Swiper and Clening department
who very irresponsible regarding their work and did misbehaving with admitted patients

* They didn’t want to do their work properly infect I personally did many time again and again request to clean patent Urine from the floor (till end )for maintane Hygine purpose but they Totally ignore my request and using their phone for time pass

*They did misbehaving with my family and me as well they did perosn comment on my family which is not acceptable by anyone

* Mr subhpreet said he don’t care about hospital management and complaint

At this moment my mother’s condition was not good we was in very terrible on another hand they did this types of thing and no perosn was their to manage them which is downgrade the hospital Repotation

This is my humble request kindly take action against them as soon as possible or reply me otherwise I’ll fill complaint to superiors of this hospital management
