On Sunday, June 06th at approximately 08:00 AM, I was taken to BIIRT & Beghal Hospital for Gallbladder Stone treatment which gone really bad from past 02 years. I was suffering from very unknown & severe pain in my chest, stomach and back in Canada???????? & India???????? both. Several times I’ve been hospitalized before but diagnosed with wrong problem. Acid-Medication didn’t work.
Past 02 months, pain goes extremely worsened and intolerable.
I already have underlying health conditions and things were not going in my favour but from the CSR to the ER & OT where they finally fixed me up and later on was taken care of for 2 straight days.
– Found Customer Service Representative Ms. Kulwinder Kaur very friendly & helpful. Registered & guided about clinical protocols.
– Kind and Knowledgable team of Doctor’s
Dr. Gurjant Singh, Dr. Arshdeep Kaur & especially by Surgeon Ms. Kanwaljit Chahl.
– ER & OT staff nurses Mr. Sudan & Ms. Samiksha.
– Same night of my surgery, I felt very uncomfortable and was lying on bed with agonizing pain & was speechless. ICU Nursing staff Ms. Sukanya and Ms. Sehaj treated me very well in their shifts. They make me feel comfortable for their attentiveness.
– Later on advised discharged on oral meds and further follow up.
They really handled it with grace and compassion. Entire BIIRT Staff was very Professional and empathetic throughout the process! So grateful Thankyou!!!

The Rooms are not available
we ask private room they given us semi private room
The a.c is also not working properly.
We are cash patients and those patients who are aayushmaan card holders can have rooms of private.others not. The Rooms are also not good.
