They have the worst staff. The doctor posted in emergency does not care about the patients. She does not visit them or physically examine them. When her presence was requested then she very reluctantly came. Even then, She didn’t provide any diagnosis to the patient. She just injected a painkiller and asked the patient to go get the injection from outside which they have used. After I came home, the pain commenced and had to go to a different hospital all over again and get the treatment. I doubt whether she is even a doctor or competent enough to handle the patients.

In this pandemic this is not how a place like this should behave. My mother is admitted to this hospital and there is no staff to nurse her or even tackle an emergency. I don’t know how this place is but for me this is not even the last option to recommend someone. Dr Kush is really good but a person alone cant do much for a longer time..

My mom aged 80 years was admitted from 14th May to 29th May 2021. Doctor Ohri is a real gentleman and excellent doctor. She recovered and healed, full credit to him.
However the staff- nursing, housekeeping, on duty doctors are highly unpredictable. Some are extremely helpful and diligent, some are so careless and irresponsible that patient will cry for help and they will ignore.
There are general hygiene issues. bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Staff use the same bathroom in patients room. Cleaners also distribute food to patients. Staff at night go to sleep often and are missing . Overall do not admit a patient to the hospital unless you can monitor them 24×7.
