Quite good and satisfactory experience , thanks to Dr. Alok Ojha sir and all medical staff of the hospital.
Need to provide proper waiting area for companion of the patient in ICU , billing process to be faster than expected, private ward room service need to be improve , as AC in room was not working properly in room no 209.

My patient is now feeling much better.. treatment is very good here.
Dr. Girish Pandey is excellent general surgeon in Heritage hospital.
Nurses and other staff everyone is very supportive.

Very bad behavior of blood bank in charge. Yesterday many people were there for blood donation and transfusion purpose. That incharge didn’t let any guy sleep on the bed present in the room.
I don’t know they have bed for patients or for sleeping the staff.
That person was saving the bed for self rest.
Totally disappointed.
Heritage is a good hospital with good doctors but these people are ruining the name.
