I was recently admitted to the best hospital for an emergency procedure and it was an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety during my stay. The nurses were so kind and caring, always taking the time to answer any questions I had. The doctors were top-notch too, they were very knowledgeable and made sure I understood all the procedures that were taking place. All in all, I’d highly recommend best hospital for anyone looking for a top-notch medical

This hospital was excellent 3-4 years ago, but my most recent visit was a nightmare. A disorganised medicine counter, careless doctors, and extra careless staff ( Who has the audacity to demand money for everything, claiming that they are underpaid? ). Here’s what I experienced from my two-week stay:

1. Attendants on the third floor are nearly impossible to come by. They lack experience, knowledge, and manners. They couldn’t even put a cannula in.

2. Doctors do not have set visiting hours. The doctor was frequently absent from the hospital because they were attending conferences at the expense of the patients’ lives. In an emergency, the attendant would simply panic and call ICU personnel.

3. Even though we were in a private room for more than two weeks, the problem with the AC, fan, and washroom was never resolved. They always had an explanation.

4. Dietician here is clueless. The patient being diabetic and newly diagnosed with BP, the dietician was asking our suggestion. When we asked her what are the options, she said she would let us know but never did. Even after requesting 100 times, they don’t send sugar free tea and biscuits. They also send one sweet dish with every meal??

5. The efficiency of the pharmacy and payment counter is not even something I would like to remember. Extremely unorganized, slow and rude, just like the rest of the employees there.

Despite being one of the most expensive and multi speciality hospitals in the city, the overall services provided are disgraceful and reflect the terrible condition of the city’s healthcare.
