This is the worst hospital of meerut with worst set of staff. I had an appointment booked at 10.30 am for 3.30 pm of the same day ie 04-04-2023. I called and confirmed before going to the hospital if the appointment was confirmed for the same time and they said yes . As per the staff there were 6 patients before me and so I waited in the reception. After one and a half hour of passing when I again checked with the staff named SHALINI SHARMA she very rudely said that still 6 patients are left before me which was a sheer lie as I could see 12 patient files going before me. The whole staff was fighting with me with their lies . May be they are taking extra money from walk-in patients and letting them in before appointment and then they have the courage also to fight with patients and lie at their faces. I don’t know if Dr Ankur Gupta is also involved in this or not but this is happening at his hospital under his eyes. I had to take my file back and left at 6 p.m without seeing the doctor as the staff was not telling me the specific time as when the doctor will see and was misbehaving. My 2000 rs went for waste which is still acceptable but the time and energy which was drained when I was already not well is unacceptable. All the staff of the hospital are inhuman and rude to next level. They are only taking peoples curse and god bless them .

Doctor is Good but their Staff is non cooperative, misguiding patients and uncourteous. They will take the fee in advance even if Doctor is not available for next 4-5 hours. You may have to spend almost whole day for a 5 minute visit with Doctor. In case of any other emergency, if you wanted to withdraw from there, no refund of fee (Rs 800/-). They will not send patients on first come first serve basis, rather they give preference to those who raise their voice. Staff is in excess and all will come together to low your voice. Senior Citizens neither have any priority nor respect.

Best ENT surgeon and very soft spoken. I was suffering from thyroid. One of my friend recommended his name. He treated me and now my thyroid is in control. I am very thankful to him.
He is very good doctor and a very good person. We need more doctors like him.
