Rooms are very clean as Cleanliness is important factor for patient recovery. Good care taken by doctors and nurses for my daughter until discharge. Overall good experience and happy recovery here.

I got my grandmother operated here for her spine surgery. By God Grace and with the help of the awesome talented doctors at criticare, they made it all all possible. She is, touchwood, recovering well. The amenities and infrastructure of the hospital were also amazing. The overall facilities at the hospital and the staff was all good. Some minor inconveniences were well taken care of immediately. So it’s a hospital trustworthy for your patient where you know that he/she will be safe hands.

Judge the quality of reviews vs the overall rating (mostly by people with 1-2 reviews)
What I’m here to say is that this place is a hell hole in the pretext of health care. They manipulate billing with careful delivery of misinformation. OPDs are private so billing is private and accounted for very differently (almost illegally?) , wait times aren’t any better primarily because of bad management and accountability is low. Mind you, I’m being vocal here as we’re dealing with a private hospital. I’ve been coming here while it was Kohinoor and it definitely used to be better. I’m really hoping these issues get fixed soon.
