Overall a great experience. I visited for my parents cataract surgery and it was a seamless journey right from the admission to the recovery. Great panel of doctors and staff. Keep up the great work team. Thank you for all your efforts and support

Bad optician. Dont get your spectacles made from there. The quality is pathetic, you will end up wasting money. Me and my spouse both had the same experience. Hospital, doctors and other staff are good. Ambience and cleanliness is also good.

Doctor: one of best doctor for cataract surgery good ambience clean hospital and we’ll equipped machine for testing but the main concern here is about the system of Cashless treatment: Worst is councelling and TPA service they themselves don’t know wheather they are having cashless treatment for perticular insurance company. This is worst part TPA are not having proper education the patient has to do a research and look whether this hospital for Cashless even after telling this to hospital TPA they don’t believe and have to give them proof to make them understand. So a suggestion to hospital to give proper training to TPA about the insurance company which they have onbarded and depth knowledge of it.
Last but not the least a feedback is nessary from every patient after operating to improve the faults so i request the doctor to have such mechanism to improve service.
