Excellent hospital with all amenities available here. Doctors are good, professional & caring. It is open 24×7 which is one of the many good things about it.
It has a good canteen facility for the outsiders, guests of the patient.
It boasts about ample waiting area for the OPD (out patient department) & with the required testing of BP and weight being noted for all OPD patients, makes it a very good health care hospital.

Very bad experience at this hospital. The nurses and doctors as well as the bouncers on the 4th floor MICU are very rude and non co-operative. I have never had such an unsatisfactory experience at a hospital before. My admitted relative (patient) told me that no one paid attention to her in the MICU. Even when she was hungry, no one took care of her. She puked after eating and was lying in her own vomit for quite some time. No one came to her rescue, she cried and after a good 15 mins, someone came and cleaned up frustratingly. Her well being was completely disregarded and the atmosphere inside the ICU was also very despressing and unhygienic. One woman, i think she was a doctor or a head nurse, especially was extremely rude and spoke very insultingly to the patient’s kin. She yelled at the patient and her family and humiliated them. I have never seen such inhumane treatment meted out to an individual before. These people clearly don’t know their job and innocent patients and their families have to suffer. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. Worst experience in my life, if you’re worried about your family member’s well being, please do not admit them in CIIMS, it will save you a lot of trouble. I hope the rude and arrogant staff of the 4th floor MICU learn their lesson and act like adults from now on. Their indifferent attitude won’t take them anywhere in life. Such entitled people need to be taught a good lesson. Extremely disappointed in this hospital. I hope no one goes through this painful experience the way we did. #CIIMSistheworst

3 hours waiting period to meet doctor the worst thing I have felt still waitin . when asked they tell that doctor look at new people first. This thing is very bad . ????????????
