Nice Hospital in the near vicinity of Wakad. Admitted my daughter to PICU after a bad fall. Hospital is well equipped to handle such accidents. Have CT scan facility available. Staff is attentive and Doctors are skilled and experienced. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Super deluxe gives the perfect privacy. You will forget the hospital feeling.

I had seen this hospital from the highway many times, but last week it was the first time that I had been in this facility when my little niece got admitted here.
The hospital is designed in such a way that you dont have a typical reception (not that I have seen). The hospital that you see from the highway seems to be the back side of it. From the service road to the hospital it is a ‘kaccha’ road. The hospital is surrounded by green fields from almost all the sides.
But once you come inside, it is an amazing facility. Its very unlike a hospital building. It has wide corridors, spacious waiting lounge, a small cafe and a nice canteen. The rooms are good spaced and large, even the general ward was neat and clean.
Loved the way they have painted the corridor walls, it keeps the kids engaged and makes the place lively.
Ample car parking space inside and outside is a big plus.
The treatment and doctors attached to it seems good.

Hi Team ,

Last time when i visited surya at the Times of covid in april 20 for my first baby,i was kind of impressed with your facilities & management.

Quite on contrary this time all i can witness are flaws & chaos in your faciities, approach & management.

1. Sunday & night time are perhaps one should avoid for Any emergency scenario in Surya as the staff are nether available nor cooperative ( alas nature has no calendar reference and if you are visiting in odd time chances are you will get pathetic service)
2. The most expensive of private suits are not having the basics covered inspite of the exorbitant charges .ac not functional , mosquito are permanent attendant in room, cleaning work is messy, no coordination in their own team .
3. Staff are totally in their own swag and pay no ear to customer request.
4. How can one compromise on health based hygiene in theirr premises where they have infants & pregnant mother who are most vulnerable persons?
5. Malpractice observed with cheating approach in 1st level of management torch bearers.
6. I am using a pedestal fan in their top tier suit as AC is not working efficiently and worst part is they are aware of this still neither doing required fix nor stop allocating them to new patient.

Shall provide pics for your reference with an expectation to get some resolution by Surys team ( deep down I know they dont care at all )
