When I call to have talk to Doctor as My Mother is taking treatment of Homoeopathy, the person who picked up the call named Umashankar said give ID number and I said I do not have it handy can you please check with name and mobile number Umashankar said why we gave you ID card you have to give us id when you call. Behaviour was too bad. ???? I have to give ID number otherwise they won’t help. Worst behaviour
