Very satisfied by the service provided by the hospital staff. They treat patients like a family and with great care. DR. Pranav kabra helped a lot in time of need. Even Nurse , reception , Wardboy are extremely grateful to the hospital staff as they handled an extemely critical situation with great care and professionalism. Highly recommended hospital.satisfied.

Dr.kabra you really need to train your doctors on how to deal with patients,, my niece just now went in for ECG which came back normal and your doctor (doctor ranjit) told her even if the ecg is normal you can still get a heart attack,, like seriously??? What if my niece would have gotten a panic attack??? Thanx to the doctor she is now having anxiety attack,the doctor is not suppose to scare the patient,, even if he had to say something like this he could have said it to her mom who was waiting outside then directly saying it to my niece in the icu while checking ecg…plz don’t forget you are dealing with humans,, plz be little sensitive your wards can put one into anxiety and depression,,

Edit:- replying to your message ,, when i was talking to your receptionist,, she could have said that doctor who spoke to my niece was not the one,, she choose to remain quiet and listen,, talking about not misleading the patient plz don’t defend the doctor,, it is something very insensitive and you cannot tell the patient that she can get a heart attack even if the ecg is normal,,, heart attack is no joke,, and u never know you could damage a persons life by giving them anxiety and putting them in depression for life,, whoever the doctor is cannot say things like this,, and you can always talk to the family about it and not the person directly…

There is always a better way to put things,, like if you are facing these problems repeatedly ,,i would suggest to visit a cardiologist once and get all test done… rather than saying something no one would like to hear…

I would like to give feedback about my visit in Raksha Hospital, to start with, I really appreciate Dr. kabra and Dr. Abhishek they both are very good and very supportive always explain and make us understand the root cause of any illness and guide us specially Dr. Abhishek he is like family member and i always recommend him to my other family members and friends. Further I would also like to add that although Doctors are good but People at reception should be more professional. Also patients should get more good service and not feel lonely this should be taken care of. I have 10 yrs of experience with this hospital i have visited many a times for my family health concerns so would appreciate to get more better service and as a well wisher I am posting this feedback/review
