He is a well knowledgeable and experienced guy for the knee. I have visited for my mother and for the 1st time any doctor so far i have visited, is suggested that first we’ll treatment then knee replacement option should be last option. Hospital is not so expensive it’s a medium and affordable u can say. Dr. Romil is very polite and listen patients very well. He gives proper time to all patients. Let’s see the result after 1 month. The best part is that you can consult online and medicine will be parcel as well.

Doctors is good but reception is very bad in coordinating. They will just take fee even if doctor is not available. Instead they should inform that doctor is not available at this moment and allow patients to decide if they can wait. The reception will take money and will make you wait. Even if you ask them status of appointment they won’t be clear about doctors availability. Only if u stress out of waiting then they will let you know doctor availability status. Complaining the same to doctor rathi is of no use as he would simply acknowledge and let it pass. He is a good doctor but needs to train his reception in right customer handling skills.

Dr.Romil Rathi is a well knowlegeable and experienced guy for the knee problems.
He is very young, handsome, cool n calm person.
He gives enough time to patient and explain nicely.
I have visited for my mother from last six month before for knee problem.
He advice TKR n opreted my mother…
At present ,All went good n hope for the best in future too..
