The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved how Dr. took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit. All the staff members are so supportive.

Worst experience getting for every visit.
No complaints about the doctor and their experience but onboarding process very very slow if you have good contact with staff they always put their patients ahead in queue.
I having register cardiology patient case at 9.30am after long wait 3pm still doctor not available to meet and I didn’t know what going on. Even when I asked to staff they getting frustrated.
Please develop system that showing doctor availability status when patient taking appointment from other city to meet the doctor and when he comes doctor not available.
I request management to implement queue system asap give them token and display the token no. or name so we know what’s going on.
Case counter have inexperienced staff they taking almost 30min for every case to registered.
Give 10/10 to cleanliness
Also security guard handle their responsibility very well
