Dr’s Behaviour is good. Cost is very high compared to other hospitals. Staff behaviour is not good, always making internet communication and making comment on eachother.

He is The Best Doctor, Amazing human being with empathy for his patients. I was down & Out, Had suffered for about 50 hours and he did magic treatment and i was almost got to normal in a hour. He is undoubtedly ENT King of Jamnagar. Really appreciate his wisdom and have all my gratitude to him. Thank you and Wish him always the best.
I did read few other review, folks saying negative about his fees, guys at first place we should be thankful to Dr Chhaya family serving Jamnagar from 1968 and from infrastructure / equipment to number of manpower (Staff) headcount per patient he might have maximum ration compare to any other ENT clinic in Jamnagar. FYI i have consulted other ENT’s / GP in Jamnagar, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Perth (AU), Melbourne (AU) and Las Vegas (Nevada – US). I can see thru from Jamnagar standards their fees, treatment plan, patient care and turn around is best in class. Thank you

I visited this hospital for ear pain on 07.06.2023. I visited him for the first time as I had shifted to Jamnagar recently. My experience was horrible.
• They don’t have any facilities for online payment (neither via UPI nor via card). Its 2023, even costermonger ( tele-wala) has UPI payment facility. In today’s world not having online payment facility questions about one’s credibility for payment of tax to the government.
• I feel he has given me way too many antibiotics and other medicines. I have discussed this with my friends in the medical field, and they also think the same.
• He has advised me to have an X-ray for my ear, which cost me Rs 800. I feel this was useless as all the medicines and treatment for my ear pain were given before the X-ray, and no feedback was given to me by the doctor about my ear pain after the X-ray.
