Very average hospital, with average staff and the management.
Management is pathetic from 360 degrees.
The bed linen is below average, and so is the food and room service.. in the canteen the rats are moving freely all over the canteen.. there is no pest control…
In discharge the nurses add extra medicines and bandages which are not found later on so check your discharge properly…
Rooms are so so …
Breakfast served to patients are very late.

Very compassionate, sincere and supportive staff. The logistics are very well organized and coordination between different departments is very good. Check in process is smooth for both consultations & stay.
The Doctors are very competent, punctual and empathetic making it very easy for us. Administrative staff is very supportive and provide very good guidance.
My family has availed the services of this hospital ever since it started for both regular checkups, emergencies and operative care.
Parking is ample, canteen is decent and cleanliness is very very good.
Only issue is insurance process and improvements there will be very helpful.

I would like to give it a 5* Sarswati hospital.
My father had knee replacement operation by Dr.Ninad Mohite..
Hospital is neat, clean and *spacious room* with affordable price.
Hospital staff also cooperative and Hygenic Food provide for patients start from Morning tea to night milk.
Even nagative mind person can’t find fault here.
