in Amar hospital Facilities and doctors are good but reception staff and support staff are pathetic, some nurses also. They don’t know how to talk. call the nurse to many time then they come. nurse alarm system not working. but there are some good people also.
Overall pathetic experience due to staff behaviour.

All the services are getting better than before. Mr. Bikram on admission centre was very helpful and supportive. As we have already one family member admitted on third floor but we need admission for our second patient; but we were getting room on another floor so it’s hard for us to look after our family members on different floors on a same time. Our next room already allotted to some one else but on our request he arranged that next room for our patient and allotted our room to another patient on next floor. Really humble. Good luck team.

I liked the services offered by Amar Hospital. Specifically would like to mention the special care Dr Nidhi Bhutani ( Gynaecologist) gave to my wife. She listened to us very patiently on our first visit and gave us appropriate solutions.. Thak you soo much.
