Very humanly experience, courteous and well serving staff. You may go in sick but definitely come out in good health. Very systematic operations and well trained staff. Cleanliness gives them some additional brownie points. Prefer to go there anytime if beds are available.

My Mom was admitted to this hospital with a minor stroke. She was in ICU for 3 days when it could have been only for 2 days. She was discharged after 5 days. Even though the doctor promised she will be discharged the next day morning, he did not show up till 4 PM. The medical staff had not performed a blood test he had requested. The blood draw for this was a nightmare with the nurse being very ineffective and my mom was is extreme pain. Ultimately, they got another nurse who got it done with minimal pain and quickly. Then we had to wait for results and another 2 doctors to give their opinion before she was discharged which finally happened at 9 PM. The nurses had no information on timelines for doctor’s visits. I was very dissatisfied with the type of care my mom received.

Subject : Complaint about Disrespectful Behavior of Doctor Sameer rege

Dear [Hospital Administration],

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at your hospital involving one of your doctors. I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention so that appropriate action can be taken.

On 25th may 2023 at approximately 9:00 pm, I had an appointment with Dr. Sameer rege at your hospital. Unfortunately, the encounter left me feeling extremely disrespected and devalued as a patient. I firmly believe that maintaining a respectful and compassionate environment is crucial in healthcare, and I was disheartened to experience the opposite during my visit.

During the appointment, Dr. Sameer rege displayed unprofessional behavior by giving disrespectful answers to the patient, showing attitude towards the patient, showing disrespectful behaviour and jealousy towards senior doctor “Dr. stephen Alfred”, showing egoistic behaviour , misleading the patient and also disrespectfully tearing the earlier prescription present in the file in front of the patient and throwing in front of him.The tone and choice of words used were demeaning and offensive, which not only undermined my confidence in the doctor’s abilities but also made me question the quality of care I was receiving.

As a patient, I believe it is my right to be treated with respect, dignity, and empathy. It is disconcerting to encounter such behavior from a medical professional who should prioritize the well-being and comfort of patients. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and has negatively impacted my trust in your hospital’s ability to provide proper care.

I understand that everyone has off days, and miscommunications can occur. However, the behavior exhibited by Dr.. Sameer Rege went beyond what can be considered acceptable. It is my sincere hope that you will address this matter promptly and take appropriate steps to ensure that such incidents do not reoccur in the future.

I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this incident, including speaking with any witnesses or staff present during my appointment and also looking into Cctv footage . Additionally, I would appreciate being kept informed of the actions taken to address this matter and any steps implemented to prevent similar situations from happening again.

It is my sincere belief that your hospital values patient satisfaction and the provision of quality healthcare. I trust that you will handle this complaint seriously and take the necessary measures to address the disrespectful behavior displayed by Dr. Sameer Rege. Patients deserve to be treated with compassion, empathy, and professionalism at all times.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to receiving your response within a reasonable timeframe. If no actions are taken upon this I have to unfortunately take further strict actions towards the hospital.
