The doctor was good.
But on all other aspects the services of the hospital are really poor. They will charge extra for medicines you haven’t been given. I had to remain here for 6 hours for a 30 minute thing. The staff is extremely poor and unhelpful. They took 4 hours to send my correspondence to the insurance company. Till then I haven’t been asked for any snacks or beverages. The overall experience has remained extremely stressful.

Last year I had gone through a surgery in Fortis, it was an excellent experience as my doctor was so gentle and nice as well as the hospital staff were so helplful.
Services were rendered on time, queries were resolved on time.
I want to mention a name here the Team member of this hospital “Ravi” is a genuine guy who helped me through out the surgery from strting to end.
Cleanliness, facilities, availability of nurses, lifts facilities everything is superb here.
I recommend you to take services from here and you won’t be regret.

Third class hospital. I would suggest nobody should take their patients to this hospital. They have put my mother in worst situation. She can’t breathe properly and they don’t even have proper equipment. They will not tell you truth about patient’s health at first place. We somehow managed to know her health in ICU and situation was worst. We have to shifted her to other hospital and while shifting they took a lot of time. Oxygen was not available, Oxygen cylinder was empty and ambulance was waiting outside. They were saying she needs to be shifted within 15 mins but they took more than one hour because things were not available. ICU doctor was female and when I questioned her that why my mother is not getting shifted even when ambulance has arrived. She started arguing me in bad way and was very rude also she using abusive language.
I would not suggest this place to anyone.There was time when doctors were called God but nowadays it has just become their source of income.
