UHID 9593686 My mother was in Fortis Escort for 13 days. The hospital treated her ailment. The staff was helpful and supportive to the extent possible given their constraints. My thanks to them. The housekeeping is doing a good job in the hospital and maintaining good cleaning standards. Bahadur Bhai cleaned our room to perfection every day and was always cheerful and smiling and very supportive and understanding of the patient needs.
Parking is a problem in the hospital and one has to park across the road mostly. Sukhdev vihar metro station is right outside the hospital gate and public transport is easily available.
The doctors are experienced but are available only during their rounds.
The food served to the patients is very good. For the attendants also there is the Emerald lounge which serves a wide variety of food items at very reasonable prices.

This is the inner view of ICU waiting area, everything is fine & clean but staff behaviour is not good they rude to public, i understand the problems but i think staff have a skill to manage people and be polite for them
