I visited the clinic, last month in may 2023 . I want to share patient name – S MANJEET S BRAR . As in many reviews owner has written – patient record is not there who’s reviewing .
I called on 15th April 2023 , appointment was fixed on 1st May 2023 . 3 days prior I received call from clinic staff . I was busy could take that call . Next day I received whatsaap , apne ana hai ya nhi 1st May ko we are calling you and your are not confirming . They were having this attitude I thought May they have world class treatment so they are behaving this way .
On reaching clinic on time , it took 2 Hours to do briefing with junior doctor, weight BP, 2 more tests .
After that it was 90 mins waiting to meet Dr Bhansali . The attendant was sending people randomly who were pressuring him .
Even when we were in doctor room, 1 patient was already there . Other patient entered when we were still there . And doctor started seeing that patient as he was old patient .
My father kept lying in bed holding his turban throughout doctor was busy seeing 2 patients . There was complete chaos.
Complete chaos , in experienced staff . Owner should improve . They can’t sell Dr Bhansali name with all this third class service and charge good amount of fees for every procedure
Not me, patient was so let down that we did not go to take prescient medicines as again there was procedure before that also .you have to go dietician and pharmacy it would have gone total 5-6 hours
They should understand they are dealing with patients not running a drama show as somebody has written in other review

Dr Anil bhansali is very nice person. My sugar level is very well controlled after consulting him. All staff in gini health is very cooperative and polite. They guide very well to patients.

Dr sahib is very cooperative,intelligent and best treatment to patients. I have started on insulin for 3 months and today doctor have stopped it because my hba1c is 6.1. Every other staff is very nice and very cooperative.God bless them.
