We went there for MRI scan and it was a very pleasant experience. Staff was very polite and co-operative. The machines seemed latest, well kept and the overall hygiene standards are very good. Have been to a couple of more diagnostic centres in Thane in the past and this was definitely the next experience.

Well maintained facilities. Good Nursing staff. Doctors are polite and keep you updated of the patient’s progress. Special mention or Mr Balaji from billing/casualty section for proper updates about billing. Only feedback is visit timings are just during the day for 2 hrs. Should try to evaluate and introduce at-least 1 hr in evenings.

Came to Horizon Prime Hospital for Annual Health Checkup. Process is very smooth and convenient. Co-ordinated really well. Completed within 3 hours.
Edit –
12 May 2023 – Urine report is not provided. Nobody collects urine sample from the washroom. Even my sample was missed out, but luckily, at the last moment, they checked and asked mama to bring the sample. But for my friend, I think they just let the sample remain in the washroom only. This is repeated negligence since 2 of us faced the same problem.
14 May 2023 Got the pending report. Also got a call from the hospital that they will look into the feedback of immediate sample collection.
