I got my mother admit to MGM Hospital Vashi under supervision of Dr. J. P. Jain who successfully operated total knee replacement of my mother’s right leg. I’m very much thankful to him for being respectful and courteous to patient and their attendant. Dr. Jain sir is very professional and having a good communication skills with patients.

I underwent knee-replacement surgery on both my knees conducted by Dr.Kunal Makhija. The operation has been successful. Dr.Makhija’s skill and expertise is of high order. He has also been able to instill a lot of confidence in me during and after the operation. His no-nonsense approach and minimal as well as practical post-operative guidance have helped me on the road to steady recovery. I wish him the very best. Further, the entire staff of the hospital has been wonderful – they have been caring and efficient. The hospital infrastructure is very good especially for middle-class patients like me. In no small measure, the efficiency, humanity and smoothness of operation of the hospital is entirely due to the sage guiding hand of the CEO. Many thanks to all of you!

Not worth for 1 star also. Doctor’s are so unprofessional. Cost are beyond imagination. Lots of trouble making procedure.
Rather proving customers wrong, make sure your hospital’s rules and regulations are being followed. Just visit your floors you will find fish market of nurses and other staffs. I also, spoke this to your quality assurance team member. Your nurses and doctors were charging us for the medicines which were never taken by my wife during her second admission. We admitted her just for my baby’s bilirubin treatment and she was there just for feeding purpose. But your nurses were falsely charging for medicines which were never taken by anyone. Later my father examined the bill and asked your pharmacy to reduce the amount. Then your floor doctor which was never treated my wife accepted the mistake and reduced the amount of the medicine. I have video of how you fool people in billing. If you still argue with me i can post the misconduct video evidence to social media with your permission.
And my baby is healthy and fine, thanks for concern.
