I recently had both an endoscopy and a cholecystectomy at this hospital and I can’t praise the staff and facilities enough. From the moment I walked in I felt well taken care of and at ease. The medical team was not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. They patiently explained every step of the procedures making me feel comfortable and informed throughout. The nurses and the support staff were attentive ensuring my recovery went smoothly. The hospital’s cleanliness and organization were impressive which added to the overall positive experience. What pleasantly surprised me was the excellent food provided for both patients and visitors. It was not just nutritious but also delicious offering a variety of options to cater to different tastes. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care. They truly prioritize their patients’ well-being and I’m grateful for the excellent treatment I received here.

Disclaimer- The doctor and his treatment was awesome. Very satisfied with Dr. Ashit Shah and his approach towards my moms knee replacement surgery. He is an expert and my mom is recovering very well. thanks to the doctor.

Rating is 1 for the hospital management – probably the worst experience we had with the management. Right from admission procedure to the discharge process was painful and tedious. They have no process, no understanding of customer. While admitting the patient even when it’s cashless, they made us do advance payment as they did not mention the process clearly to us. While post discharge it’s been 1.5 week and the advance is still not refunded. I followed up and then they would check. Horrible and disappointing service and process of the management. You need to hire some good admin to streamline your processes to ensure you have good reviews.

My dad was admitted for the galbladdar removal surgery. He was admitted for a span of 7 days. Doctors(Manish shah), RMO(Neha and others), nursing staff(bhaskar and others) and housekeeping staff(all the mamas and mausis) were very supportive.. even the staff at the reception ( Shahrukh and rehnuma) were very helpful..

Suggestion for the management team:
1. Canteen staff is very less supportive. We had to call them twice almost every meal before it reaches the patient. Everytime we call the canteen helpdesk (351) they always have the same answer – we have just sent it and the food/drink is on its way and it still used to take atleast 15 20 mins post the call
2. Discharge was not at all smooth. It took us 5 hours to get the final bill after doctor gave us a go ahead. And when I spoke to multiple other relatives of the patients they had the same feedback. I understand there is a process involved but 5 hours is unacceptable!

Overall – good experience and God bless to all the doctors and all the staff members of the hospital.
