My life was saved from severe typhoid in 2018 by Dr. Hari Om Gupta. All nurses are well trained , very affordable service for non insurance personnel, food is good. but doctors that come upon calling in night shift were rude and terrible . July 2018 ( slightly overweight doctor from what I remember was very rude) . Overall experience was nice back then, i hope they have kept the same affordable and honest pricing , it is very difficult to find honest hospitals these days. Please be same !

Most pathetic hospital and quite a horrifying experience. It may appear like a hospital during daytime, however during night time it’s like a jungle… no care and total lackadaisical behaviour of the staff. They remain busy in their daily chores with least care for the patients.
There is a nurse named Kalpna who is highly argumentative with patients, kind of scold attendants if she is requested for some kind of care for patients.
The owner of the Hospital Dr Hariom Gupta though appears to be a sensible person but surely not under control of his staff and as a result, the hospital is poorly managed. The hospital doesn’t follow any of the prescribed norms of the health department. If one asks for complaint register, the very smartly handover plain paper to be torn off at a later stage.

The nursing staff was attentive, and responsive to my child’s needs. They consistently went above and beyond their duties to ensure my child’s well-being.
My experience at orchid hospital janak puri New Delhi was exceptional. The hospital staff’s dedication, expertise, and genuine concern for my child’s well-being made a difficult time much easier to bear. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care provided and would highly recommend orchid hospital to anyone in need of pediatric & Medical healthcare.
