Today morning called hospital to inquire about removing stitches of my wife who delivered baby 10 days back. She had delivery in another hospital which far away and we are not able to travel there. When aksed here in this hospital, they straight away rejected to remove stitches, stating you didn’t do delivery in our hospital. How insensitive it is to NOT serve patient who is in need! VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH HOSPITAL POLICY.

Worst experience ever. Service is pathetic. Staffs are uneducated and behaving rudely to patient. They don’t take care of patient at all. If you really care of your dear ones, please avoid this hospital and search for another reputed hospital. Don’t go only by the name Dr Panandikar as Dr will not be available with patient all day. It’s the staff and service which makes the patient safe and comfortable.

Experienced doctors, nurses and aaya are always available and always ready for a helping hand if needed for mother and baby any time. And specially with Dr. Datta Panandikar and Dr. Bharti Panandikar with their expertise leave you with positive vibes.
