I had an amazing experience during my brothers treatment at Regency Hospital. The super deluxe room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. The medical care provided was commendable, and the healthcare professionals were attentive and knowledgeable. However, there was a minor hiccup at the TPA counter, where the staff could have been more helpful. Despite this, the rest of the staff ensured a smooth and efficient experience. I appreciate the excellent care my brother received during his treatment.

The establishment appears to excel in providing a satisfactory experience for patients, with various amenities and services in place. Nevertheless, it’s worth noting that attendants accompanying patients seem to face challenges, particularly in terms of seating and comfort. To enhance the overall experience, it would be prudent for the administration to take into account the needs of attendants and provide better facilities or spaces for them to wait comfortably. This consideration would undoubtedly contribute to a more inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone involved.

After 8 months of my mother demise, I am writing this review.
My mother was in ICU and on ventilator for approx 4 weeks along with 20 other people , it was like a general ward . And I surprised to see everyone were receiving the same treatment by some junior doctors completing the MBBS.
Everyone knows Regency is minting the money and people are ready to pay if they really save the life but it never happen.
I never suggest anyone to visit Regency as mostly you will lose your beloved life , I couldn’t able to save my mother but you can .
Choose wisely and maybe visit Apollo in Lucknow.
