An international hospital mainly catering to international patients. Dr. Vicky, a laproscopic surgeon, is very polite and mature who understands the needs of the patients.
The hospital is very clean and management is very pro-active and all staff are polite.
Though they charge high prices for their services but they are not money minded. They will treat you as your guest even if you have paid the entire money before hospitalisation. Mr. Manoj, Marketing manager, picks up your call even if you are fighting with him. Even the emargency counter staff is very co-operative and helpful. They never ignore you or your needs. If you can afford it, then you must definitely go.
Way Forward: The hospital should consider increasing the number of nursing staff and there should be a contact mechanism to management for grievance redressal mechanisms.

A deep appreciation for the amazing care I received from Dr. Gautam Banga and his great team of fellows for my Kidney stone procedure. Really impressed with the level of care from nurses, assistants, food service, housekeeping and more. The overall atmosphere at SCI Hospital is very comforting and relaxing. If I had to be hospitalized, I’m grateful that I was in such good hands throughout. Thank you to all who played a part in my recovery.

Very fantastic hospital in terms of budget , treatment given by doctors , doctors’ consultation fee , staff behaviour , staff helpfulness , hygiene standards in entire hospital , Dr dhwani is brilliant doctor with very good experience . Thanks SCI for giving me opportunity to get my wife C sention painless delivery.
