I am not satisfied with this hospital because the doctor is waiting for the last 2.5 hours for the operation. Orthoplasty Dr. Prateek Kumar. What can he do if the patient is in more problems and the solution when he himself is in trouble.
That’s why he came to the hospital..
As per my experience I don’t think this is ok please.
What a good arrangement to make, the hospital has no problem, the patient and his relatives are disturbed

The extremely time consuming hospital ever seen..Far behind from Govt. hospital also.. Staff also responding like free of cost treatment they are providing..after taking appointment i have to wait for 3 hour with whole family..And they continue said same thing doctor is coming doctor is coming.
None of the single department is working well.. From OPD – Radiology – doctors everyone is equally making fun of patient here.

Experienced Doctors and helpful staff.
If you are going by car there’s a parking lot in the basement. Drive slow as there’s no signs where to go. Building definitely needs more signage in various languages Gujarathi, English and Hindi.
Didn’t see any garbage cans to throw out empty bottle of water in the lobby or reception area.
We came at 10am and sat for couple hours as doctors were busy at OT. I came with my dad to assist him. Around noon there were a good amount of patients gathered. Then the real chaos started. Even though we were 2nd patient but our file was in the bottom. After we told the lady that we came here early then she sent us after 6-7 patients. They need to have a person or should go according to time or token numbers.
Overall everything was good. Just few administrators flaws that can be fixed very easily.
Again Doctors and Staff were amazing.
