First of all, a hospital should be easily accessible, but this place is not. It has very narrow stairs and a doubtful old elevator. It is very difficult to carry a patient to the 2nd floor where the hospital is located.
Secondly, it smells very unhygienic. It seems like they don’t even care about it. The smell is persistent, and the staff wouldn’t even listen when I complained about it.
The owner Dr. Vinay Patel is very reputed in Vapi area, and my ratings are not for doctors but for the premises and infrastructure. They should think about changing it very urgently.

Doctor is good but you have to minimum wait upto 2-3 hour wheather you take early morning appointment.

Dr. Keyur Patel consulting is very good. But reception staff behavior not properly given answer.
Even hospital token system is not good.
We take the token on Morning 7:30 o’clock on telephone. The staff gives us time at 1 o’clock, and we reached the hospital at 12:50 o’clock, the turn comes at 4 o’clock.
4 hour we are waiting at hospital. Then what is meaning for taken token on telephone.
