Unprofessional and Grave Medical Negligence. No OT technician present to cut plaster. Nursing staff performing same and incomplete job.Lack proper standard equipment to cut plaster and do procedure. Left half cut plaster of my Mother. Almost waited 4hrs for OPD and procedure but no one present to do plaster cut. Have to leave atlast due incompetency and no one to do procedure. Doctor doing OT in the time of OPD when patient in procedure room, No junior doctor / Trained staff.
OPD: No sequence in OPD numbers and tests. Preferences to references. Premium charges poor service.
Better to avoid. Only professional and ethical Doctor is Deepak Charan. Rest have sarkari attitude.

People sitting in Medical store are busy using their mobile and internal fight. They will generate invoice for more number of medicine but will only give you half of them and later will say that it is not their problem.

I came in emergency in mid night for my wife not feeling well . I am very much satisfied the way Nursing staff and supporting staff attend the patient promptly and discussesd and admitted under Dr malini kulshrestha MD -MEDICINE’ she was admitted in hospital forb4 days all supporting staff is very caring in nature.ibam also satisfied with te services the have given to admitted patient . Rooms are very neat and clean and well maintained upto date reception staff is also very attentive and well behaved professional definitely I will suggest my near anddear FOR SRMS GOODLIFE HOSITAL. HISBISTHE BEST HOPSITAL IN THIS TERRITORY. BEST OF LUCH TO WHOLE TEAM
