Poor experience. Went after confirmation of appointment, but doctor was not available. Giving lame reasons for the same. Gave appointment with another doctor. Hope the consultation is ok. Under-construction building with a lot of dust in parking lot. Unreliable lifts. I am sitting in Star Hospitals waiting for our turn, as I am writing this review.
3 stars only for Dr. Praveen Mereddy, otherwise the services are not managed well.

I roamed almost three times in ground floor to collect my mom’s reports. The lady who sits beside blood collection room that lady was very rude and arrogant.
I really recommend management please don’t entertain such type of attitude females.
I came with my mom today for her consultation I didn’t except this kind of behaviour from you female staff. After seeing that attitude I left from there without collecting reports and consultation. I seriously came only on doctors fame, I’ll visit him in Banjara hills. I don’t want to recommand any one to star hospital especially this branch.

Very good hospitality!! I don’t feel like it’s hospital it’s kind of temple, mainly doctors and staff are amazing just with one click nurse will come immediately and thy take care of patient very well with lot of patience!! My mom had bypass surgery and surgery went successfully the way doctors monitored my mother so well !! I strongly recommend
