My mother got operated in Thunga Hospital Malad. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hospital maintains cleanliness and hygiene to ensure patients health. Overall our experience was excellent. Highly recommended.

Was admitted for a day for kidney stone @ Thunga Hospital, Malad. The doctor was very good. The staff and hospital management was curious and cooperative. Recommended.
Caution: Do not opt for a Cashless service here. Paying upfront cash is a better option. Your discharge procedure will be delayed based on the approval received from the insurance company.

The hospital is good and care given is adequate. Doctors are very skilled and very kind with the patient. The canteen food is also very good. I would really recommend their Maggi and Masala chaas. But the reception and emergency staff are so rude, it’s really off putting. I would really request the administration of this hospital to check why the front end staff are so unhappy that they take it out on the customers. People come to the hospital when they or their loved ones are unwell and to get such rude staff is quite a disappointment.
