Hospital is way to big but mostly empty. No much visitors, neither patients.
They have notices and signs asking to always wear a mask but their receptionist wasn’t wearing one.
Their X-ray prices are way too high as compared to other diagnostic centers.
Plus no female assistant in x-ray ward. How uncomfortable does it get for female patients to get diagnosed with a Male assistant. At least the woman staff should be there to when a female patient is inside.
The guy who was the helper didn’t allow anyone one else from to the family to stay inside the room. even though every x-ray room has a safe zone inside it.
The dr. Bharat Mody doesn’t even spend much time with patient. We visited to show my mother and I felt like he was in hurry. He wouldn’t even let our statements finish and he would ask next question.

Posting a review on behalf of my mother who underwent double complete knee replacement surgeries at the hospital. Her experience has been very good with regards to the amenities, care, post operative services (physio at home), food, rooms and the staff. The HR head MsLizzy ensured our stay was comfortable and helped in arranging for after discharge care at home too. A special mention for Dr.Modi who cured her damaged knees with his expertise in the field. Highly recommend this hospital for all orthopaedic cases, especially knee replacement surgeries. Today my mother has been able to resume her normal life painless as before thanks to Welcare hospital.

Hospital doctors as well as staff members are very kind and fully co-operative. No harresment. Smoothly work done by qualified Hon’ble doctor Shri Bharat Mody and his son Shri Xitij B. Mody and his team doctors and staff.
