1. The medical team is attentive.
2. The staff takes good care of you.
3. The hospital is very well maintained and kept spotless.
4. Ample space for relatives to wait comfortably.
5. Parking space within the compound is a blessing.
One aspect to improve is the billing. Slow and ponderous. And they still have not heard of things like NEFT to refund deposits. Was told I would have to wait about two months for the refund. Which would need to be collected from the hospital because it would be a cheque.

Hello Team , I would recommend this hospital to everyone because of their staff and Dr. Hemant Patel . How friendly he speaks and explains each thing to my family .He cleared our each doubts and answering so politely.
Apart from this . They maintained proper environment and kept it too neat and clean . You would never feel like hospital.
Plus their co-operation towards our family and patients which was unbelievable.
Last but not the least is food. So tasty and they give it to the patients by checking report file .We got support from nurse and helper .Thank you so much and god bless you zynova team .

One of the best hospitals in the Ghatkopar West area. It is amongst the most Premium and costly hospitals in ghatkopar.
Interiors are one of its kind and all the other facilities and hospitality is 5 star
